On December 4, 2024, the Dean of Students / Charity Club in collaboration with Horizon Relief Organization, organized a heartwarming charity event for over 80 orphaned children. The event aimed to support these children by providing them with winter clothing packages. In addition to the clothing distribution, the children underwent several medical tests, including general health check-ups, dental examinations, and vision screenings. The event concluded with a delightful meal, sweets, and a series of fun activities that brought smiles to the children’s faces. On November 18, 2024, the Dean of Students organized an insightful seminar titled "Student's Life at University," presented by Mr. Taha Jalil (Zangin). Held on our university campus, the event focused on providing students with practical advice and strategies to navigate university life and make the most of their academic and social experiences. The seminar was well-received, leaving attendees inspired and better prepared to embrace the challenges and opportunities of university life.

On November 5th, the Dean of Students organized an Orientation Day to introduce students to the various Dean of Students clubs. During the event, the clubs showcased their resources and materials, giving students a firsthand look at the activities available. Following the introductions, students had the opportunity to register for the clubs of their choice. For the academic year 2024-2025, the Dean of Students is offering more than 15 clubs, providing students with a valuable platform to enhance their skills and enjoy an engaging, entertaining environment.
