Exploring Academic Insights and Cultural Delights in Erbil City
The Department of Computer Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, and the Department of Information Technology, Faculty of Applied Sciences at Tishk International University- Sulaimani (TIUS), organized an enlightening scientific and social trip to the Governorate of Erbil, on November 23rd, 2023.
The students were given an opportunity to explore the academic facilities and practical labs at Tishk International University-Erbil. During the visit, they observed and participated in practical classes. The interactive experience allowed students to witness lectures in action, fostering a deeper understanding of theoretical concepts.
Apart from the academic activities, the students also explored the cultural and entertaining aspects of Erbil. One of the highlights of the trip was a visit to the Illusion Museum, where they immersed themselves in a world of optical illusions and artistic wonders. The museum provided a refreshing and engaging experience, adding a touch of creativity to the educational journey.
The students appreciated the opportunity to bond and share quality time during the visit, creating lasting memories that go beyond the confines of the classroom. After a day filled with exploration and friendship, the group returned to Sulaymaniyah, enriched with both academic knowledge and the joy of shared experiences.
