On October 18th , the Business and Management Department at Tishk International University (TIUS) hosted a workshop on the significance of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices within the healthcare sector. During the workshop, Mr. Yusuf, HR Manager at Smart Hospital, provided insights into the meaning and implementation of HRM in the healthcare industry. Dr. Ahmet Demir further enriched the discussion by highlighting the practical and theoretical relevance of HRM for our students. Notably, the students found the opportunity to engage with Mr. Yusuf particularly valuable, as they raised numerous questions regarding the reward and punishment systems in hospital settings.
