Visiting an Interior Design Studio

In a recent and highly enriching educational endeavour, students from the Department of Interior Design at Tishk International University-Sulaimani (TIUS) had the privilege of visiting the interior design studio of Bitwen Ali. This visit provided an invaluable opportunity for our students to gain firsthand insights into the intricate nuances of the interior design process within a professional context.

Upon our arrival, their team welcomed our students and generously shared profound insights into the multifaceted aspects of interior design. Their presentation comprehensively outlined the sequential steps involved in real-life design scenarios, shedding light on the complexities and considerations inherent in creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.

A focal point of emphasis during the visit was the importance of understanding clients’ needs. Their team engaged in a dialogue with our students, patiently addressing inquiries and providing in-depth responses based on their extensive industry experience. This interactive session served to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, enriching our students’ understanding of the dynamic field of interior design.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Bitwen Ali and their team for their commitment to education and their willingness to share their expertise with our students. Their warm welcome and collaborative spirit significantly contributed to the success of this educational initiative.
