Hiking Trip to Hawraman, Daray Mar, and Sargat

The Deanery of Students at Tishk International University-Sulaimani (TIUS)  organized a hiking trip to Hawraman, Daray Mar, and Sargat for all faculties and department, with approximately 31 student and staff participants. The journey began at 8:00 AM on December 12th, 2022, from the university campus. Lunch was prepared with the assistance of staff and students under the supervision of Mr. Karzan Saadon. Assoc. Prof. Ahmet Demir and Ms. Tawar Sardar supervised the hiking acitivity, and Mr. Karzan was the hike guide. Participants first stopped in Khurmal for a quick breakfast, then drove to Daray Mar to see some abandoned historical houses before beginning the hike from Sargat.
