Civil Engineering Department from Tishk International University in Sulaimani and Komar University with ACI Kurdistan Chapter are jointly organizing a workshop on the reliability and retrofitting approaches of structures. The workshop will be held on November 1, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the E-AUDITORIUM HALL of Komar University.

The workshop will cover the following topics:

  • Reliability assessment methodologies of structures

  • Structural assessment and retrofitting in structural concrete buildings

The workshop is intended for engineers, architects, and other professionals who are involved in the design, construction, and maintenance of structures.

The workshop will feature two speakers form both universities , who will share their expertise on the latest advances in reliability and retrofitting approaches of structures.
