MoU signed between Tishk International University Sulaimani and Qaiwan International University On 21st February 2023, both Tishk International University-Sulaimani (TIUS) and Qaiwan International University (QIU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a partnership between the two universities.
