On February 3, 2025, Tishk International University Sulaimani (TIUS), represented by its President, Professor Dr. Khidir Masum Hawrami, and Koya University, represented by its President, Assist. Prof. Dr. Mohammed H.S. Zangana, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
