TIUS and President Jalal Talabani Foundation Sign Memorandum of Understanding
On Wednesday, September 11th, 2024, Professor Dr. Khdir Maasum Hawrami, President of Tishk International University in Sulaimani (TIUS), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Sabir, President of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation.
