On December 13th and 20th, a group of 15 students from the Art Club visited the College of Fine Arts at the University of Sulaimani. The purpose of the visit was to provide the students with an introduction to ceramics, including how they can use this medium to represent and express their ideas. The students attended a ceramic class, where they had the opportunity to engage in the art of ceramic creation. This hands-on experience enriched their understanding and skills in ceramics, making it an insightful and memorable activity for the participants. The visit included attending ceramic lectures and participating in practical sessions, offering a comprehensive look at the potential of ceramics as an artistic tool. The two-day visit ensured a thorough exploration of the subject, enhancing the students’ appreciation and knowledge of ceramic art.
