The Business and Management Department at Tishk International University Sulaimani (TIUS) organized a scientific trip to Komar University, held on the 10th of November, 2021.
The aim of the visit was to collect information about the HR policies of the university to improve lecturer motivation and performance in the higher education system. In accordance with the HRM courses at the university, students are visiting various organizations to see the applicability of the theories in the market. Accordingly, Ms. Sazan, the Consultant of Administration and Academic Affairs of the Komar University and warmly welcomed the students. She was very happy to collaborate and answer all questions asked by the students; and shared valuable advice to enhance students’ understanding of Human Resources Management in the work industries.
