TIUS Hosts International Zagros Camp Sub-Regional Training (SRT)

Tishk International University Sulaimani hosted the Zagros Camp Sub-Regional Training (SRT) from August 16th to 19th, 2024, organized by the International Federation of Medical Students' Associations (IFMSA)-Kurdistan. Developing the Next Generation of Trainers The event gathered 59 participants, including 17 from Kurdistan and 42 from Iraq, for workshops on TNT, TPHT, and TSRHRT, delivered by 11 certified IFMSA trainers. The camp aimed to certify participants as international trainers, enabling them to train others worldwide. TIU-S is honoured to contribute to youth leadership and global community development by hosting this significant event. TIUS and Baxshin Hospital-Sulaimani Sign Joint Scientific Agreement The administrative team from Bakhshin Hospital was welcomed by Tishk International University-Sulaimani on May 5th, 2024, under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Khidir Masum Hawrami, TIUS President. Dr. Rebwar Hasan Khidhir, the hospital's General Director, led the delegation that arrived. Subsequent to the visit, both parties executed a cooperation agreement that prioritised scientific collaboration and research exchange.
