On October 18th , the Business and Management Department at Tishk International University (TIUS) hosted a workshop on the significance of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices within the healthcare sector. During the workshop, Mr. Yusuf, HR Manager at Smart Hospital, provided insights into the meaning and implementation of HRM in the healthcare industry.
