TIU Sulaymaniyah's Business and Management Department and Charmo University's Business College have hosted an International Workshop on the Charmo University Campus on January 27, 2022. Three Tishk International University-Suliamani instructors (Dr. Hozan Latif Rauf, Dr. Sardar S. Shareef, and Mr. Nizar Najim Othman) at the Department of Architectural Engineering published a scientific article entitled ‘Innovation in Architecture Education: Collaborative Learning Method Through Virtual Reality’ in the ‘Journal of Higher Education Theory and Practice’, which is indexed by Scopus. We are proud to announce that Tishk International University has been awarded the ISO 21001:2018 certificate by Bureau Veritas Certification Holding SAS-UK Branch in December 2021. The Certificate is accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Services Body (UKAS). TIU was awarded the ISO 21001:2018 certificate after being subjected to the third-party audit held in September 2021. On December 23rd 2021, Civil Engineering Department and Dean of Students collaboratively at Tishk International University (TIU) organized an event for awarding the students who have participated in the poster and projects presentation. As an Annual Tradition, On 19-Dec 2021, Tishik International University - Sulaimani held an Orientation day and welcomed our new students for the Academic year 2021/2022. The ceremony was started with a warm speech from Dean of Students Prof. Dr. Alpaslan TOKER. The students were introduced to the Campus facilities, general and student regulations, and the Personal Information System, which allows them to follow their grades and attendance. Students from the second and third levels of TIU-Business and Management Department of Sulaymaniyah held a collaborative workshop with Komar University's Accounting Department. Dr. Hariem Ahmet coordinated the workshop, which took place on the TIU campus on December 23, 2021. The program included four discussion sessions as well as an exhibition of the students' capabilities in creative areas such as sketching, photography, and brain games.
