3rd Grade Architecture Department Students' Scientific Trip to Various Mosques On February 18th, 2023, the Architectural Engineering Department at Tishk International University (TIUS) organized scientific site visits to various mosques in the city. The trip was organized for third-stage students, as they have the Islamic Center Project in the spring semester, to closely demonstrate the details of the mosques' design, space organization, and religious meanings in mosque buildings. Hiking Trip to Xawe Village With approximately 60 student and staff participants, the Deanery of Students at Tishk International University -Sulaimani (TIUS) organized a hiking trip to Xawe Village, Qaradagh, for all faculties and departments. The journey began on Friday, January 27th, 2023, at 8:00 AM from campus. Lunch was prepared with the assistance of staff and students and was overseen by Dr. Harem and Mr. Karzan Saadon. The hike was overseen by Assoc. Prof. Ahmet Demir and Ms Tawar Sardar and a professional guide.
