On 3 December 2020, Tishik International University, Faculty of Engineering, Architectural Engineering department has organized a site visit for second grade students to the (Abury Nasan Residential Project – Sarwaran Company), which was supervised by Mrs.Hozan Latif and Ms.Saya Hikmat. On 10 November 2020, Tishik International University, Faculty of Engineering, Architectural Engineering department has organized a scientific trip for second grade students, to some selected Villas in Sitak and Goizha. The objective of the trip was to elucidate and introduce designing of residential villa to the students, which they are going to design during their studying semester at the University. On 02 December 2020, Faculty of Civil Engineering Department at Tishk International University (TIU) organized a scientific trip to Gasn Cement factory in Sulaimani. The aim of the trip was to provide information about the steps and procedure of producing cement including the materials used. The trip included the tour around the factory and the students were provided required information about the machines and their purposes step by step. On 7 November 2020, Faculty of Engineering, Architecture department at Tishk International University (TIU) had a final presentation of (Cultural Center Project) which were designed by 2nd grade students. The presentation was Crowning the efforts of almost a month of working with the project, and evaluating it in terms of concept, design, and presentation quality. On 5 November 2020, Dr.Idris Hadi, Head of the Board of Trustee visited Tishk International University Sulaimani campus. The aim of the visit was to make a meeting about the project of building the new campus of the university in Sulaimani. In addition, He also attended the classes and talked to the students. Tishk International University, including all staff, deals with the students without doing any discrimination and helps them in any subject that the students ask for.  

On November 4, 2020, Faculty of Civil Engineering Department at Tishk International University (TIU) organized a scientific trip to Asoy Gash city. On 02 November 2020, Faculty of Civil Engineering Department at Tishk International University (TIU) organized a scientific trip to Sotka Dam. The trip aimed to provide the students the knowledge about the structure and design of the damp including the location of the Dam and its structural design detail of the Dam. The trip was supervised by Dr. Kawa Zaidan and he explained all details about the Dam including the structure and design of the Dam. The trip was attended by 12 fourth grade students and research assistants from Faculty of Civil Engineering Department at TIU.
