Siemens LOGO PLC, Sensors and Motor Control Training From 1–15 September 2026, the Faculty of Engineering at Tishk International University – Sulaymaniyah Campus organized a hands on training course on Siemens LOGO PLC, sensors, and motor control, in collaboration with Hosbuild Building Engineering Services , followed by a practical assignment on photovoltaic panel factory automation. As part of strengthening practical learning and industry engagement, faculty members conducted a series of supervisory visits for students currently completing their summer internship programs across various partner companies and organizations. The visits were carried out between 10 July and 15 August 2026. The visits aimed to evaluate student progress, monitor their integration into professional working environments, and gather direct feedback from host supervisors. On 21 May 2026, students from the Computer Engineering and Information Technology departments at Tishk International University (TIU) organized a meaningful community project. In cooperation and Collaboration work, the students successfully prepared 50 food packages to support families facing financial hardships.  The entire event was guided and supervised by university lecturers Ms. Lanja Abdulqadr and Mr. Rasti Yousif.
