As part of their practical coursework for the “Interpersonal Dynamics and Character Building” course under the guidance of Dr. Shallaw Abdullah, a dedicated group of six students—Ashkan Shaxwan, Mohhamed Ahmed, Raha Dlshad, Yalda Fryad, Kozhyan Taha, and Raz Tofiq—successfully executed a impactful community service project on June 14, 2026. The initiative took place at Baxi Gshti (باخی گشتی), one of the city’s most beloved and historic public parks, with the primary objective of enhancing its cleanliness, safety, and overall environmental quality. Following a meticulous planning and preparation phase where students secured essential supplies like gloves, disinfectants, and animal feed, the team hit the grounds to conduct a comprehensive deep clean. Their efforts focused heavily on collecting litter across the park grounds, thoroughly sanitizing the children’s playground equipment to ensure a safer recreational environment, and demonstrating civic compassion by feeding and providing clean water for local stray cats. Beyond the immediate physical transformation of the park, the project successfully raised public awareness about environmental responsibility and the importance of preserving public spaces, while simultaneously allowing the participating students to develop vital real-world skills in teamwork, practical problem-solving, and civic leadership.
