In a powerful demonstration of community solidarity and civic duty, a dedicated group of university students—consisting of Mohamed Abdulrahman Saeed, Rahel Aram, Yad Fazil, and Ara Akram—successfully executed a targeted humanitarian initiative under the banner of the IDCB Community Project on June 3, 2026, titled the Charity project: food funding and support. Operating within a meticulous three-hour window from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the volunteer team utilized mobile transport to distribute resources directly to high-density areas surrounding local mosques where homeless individuals commonly stay and gather. The team achieved an immediate, tangible impact by hand-delivering 70 individual plates of food alongside direct financial donations to help recipients autonomously meet their basic needs. Beyond providing immediate relief, the core aim of this project is to actively promote charity, support people experiencing homelessness by encouraging consistent donations and acts of kindness, and raise critical awareness about the daily challenges faced by vulnerable individuals. By demonstrating how immediate financial assistance and structured community support can directly improve living conditions, the student group successfully met their goal to inspire deep social responsibility, compassion, and active cooperation among all members of society. The assistance provided was incredibly well received and proved highly beneficial, leaving the community with a powerful, lasting reminder that anchors the team’s mission: “No one has ever become poor by giving.”
