As part of its commitment to community service and public health promotion, the Facultyof Dentistry organized a social outreach program at Zanst Kindergarten on Tuesday, 19 May,
from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The activity was conducted by dental students under the supervision of their facultymembers and aimed to promote oral health awareness among young children. During the
visit, the team provided educational seminars on the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene and preventing dental diseases from an early age.
A practical tooth-brushing demonstration was carried out to teach children the correct brushing techniques in an engaging and interactive manner. Educational brochures
containing essential oral health information were distributed to the children and kindergarten staL to reinforce the messages delivered during the sessions.
To encourage participation and create a positive learning experience, gifts were also presented to the children. The event was warmly received by both the kindergarten
administration and the participants.
This initiative reflects the Faculty of Dentistry’s dedication to serving the community, promoting preventive dental care, and fostering health awareness among future
generations through educational and outreach activities
