Teeth Care Project By Dentistry Department
Web Admin2022-12-28T12:06:45+03:00On November 23, 2016 the first step of the Teeth Care project started.Pedodontic department’s staff (1 lecturer and 1 lecturer’s assistant) with 20 dental students visited Erbil Ola primary school which is located in Saidawa in Erbil. The visit was performed in cooperation with Dean of Students and Kurdistan Save Children Organization who provided the project with materials and gains the government’s agreements for visiting schools. The number of the examened school’s children were 260, all included by the dental examination. Being in Selahaddin Eyyubi had opened scientific opportunities for him. In 2009, he participated in INPO, a national scientific project olympiad. His project was about the transmission of pathogenic bacteria by computers and digital devices. The process of experimentation made him realize his passion lied in the medical field. Table Tennis Tournament on the Campus

From all departments, 28 students participated in the tournament in which all the students manifested a great friendship and fair play and showed their masteries. On May 10, the final match was played between Hezha Botan from Business and Goran Rasul from Civil Engineering departments at 1:00 pm. The champion was the Business’ who had shown a thrilling performance against the Civil’s. On April 26, the final match was played between Civil Engineering and Law Department at 16:00 pm. The champion team was the Law Department’s who had shown a thrilling performance against the Civil’s with a decisive score of 8-4. Speed Stack Compitition
