On April 17, 2018 Computer Care Day event organized by Student Deanery in the cooperation of IT department. Freshmen students of IT department involved in this event, they were fixing and consulting many software and hardware troubles of the university’s students and staffs. The aim of the event was for boosting us self-confident, improving communicate and marketing skills of the participant students and as well as serving the society through their skills. Student Deanery is always a place to show the hidden talents of Tishk International family’s and guiding them to their goals.  

Dean of Students organized an art exhibition at Tishk International University’s main building on 24th May, 2018. The exhibition was opened to people between 10:00 and 15:00. It contained 25 Art Works which have been done by Tishk International University’s students.  

The Club Activities providing social responsibility, environmental sensitivity and personal development offer the opportunity of reinforcing the education. Tishk International University. Dean of Students organizes art clubs for students, staff and alumni each year. Our office is in charge to complete our university’s mission in social perspective with “student clubs”. We collaborate with departments not only for departmental clubs but also for art, sports and social responsibility clubs. There are different types of art clubs like Cuisine, Drawing, Art Crafts, Ceramic, Stone, Charcoal, Wood Painting. This year, approximately 75 people attended to art club each week.  

While students’ technical skills may get their foot in the door, their people skills are what open most of the doors to come. Their work ethic, their attitude, their communication skills, their emotional intelligence and a whole host of other personal attributes are the soft skills that are crucial for life and career success. For this reason, Dean of Students Social Affairs and Guidance department organize soft skills seminars every week to develop students’ personal development and value education and enable them to interact effectively and harmoniously with other people. Approximately 100 students attended to the seminars weekly from various departments.

Dean of Students organized "Welcome Ceremony" for new staff who has joined to Tishk International family this year. We introduced the extracurricular activities to them and made a presentation about the units of Dean of Students. We accepted their suggestions about the social activities and community service projects in our academic calendar. We had lunch together at the end of the program.
