Knowledge Nexus Competition 2024: Fostering Academic Excellence and Teamwork
In collaboration with the Dean of Students Office, the final round of the Knowledge Nexus Competition 2024 was conducted by Tishk International University – Sulaimani (TIUS) on May 28th, 2024. The event aimed at promoting healthy competition, testing knowledge, and fostering teamwork among students from various departments.
Multiple-choice questions and a quiz buzzer round were included in the competition, which was accessible to all undergraduate students. After several rounds of intense battles, the final match was played between 1st and 2nd year students from the Architecture Engineering Department. It was very competitive, with more than 75 students in attendance as audience members. In the end, the Architecture 2nd Grade team emerged victorious, securing the title of Knowledge Nexus Competition 2024 champions. The competition not only showcased the intellectual capabilities of the students but also fostered a sense of unity and interdisciplinary collaboration within the university.
The Dean of Students expressed his gratitude to all participants, organisers, and attendees for their support. TIUS’s dedication to cultivating academic excellence and community spirit among its students is illustrated by the Knowledge Nexus Competition, and demonstrated through the participation and collaboration of its students.
